Cancellation Terms

• Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival - 10% cancellation fee
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days to arrival - 25% cancellation fee
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days to arrival - 100% cancellation fee

Rates

Our rates are subject to change without notice and discounts might apply. We advise you to contact us for exact rates for your stay. All our rates are per VILLA per day, not per person.

Check In / Out

We accept check-in from 14H00. Check-out by 10H00

Payment

A 50% deposit is requested on booking via Pay Pal or Transferwise. Balance cash on arrival.

Payment Facilities

Unfortunately, credit card facilities are unavailable.

Reservations

To ensure your booking is guaranteed, booking deposit must be paid within 48 hours.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested.

Pets

As much as we love our furry family members, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.

No Smoking

SGE has adopted a 'no smoking' policy inside our villa. Kindly note that this incorporates all forms of smoking and related devices, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, Shisha, and Hookah pipes (commonly referred to as 'hubbly bubbly').

House Keeping Services

Cleaning is provided on departure or, if booked for more than 1 week, on the 8th day.

Self-Catering Only

The villa is 'Self-catering' only.
